Frequently Asked Questions

What is Printable Paper?

Printable paper is sold on this website as an instant downloadable digital image- such as a jpeg, png or pdf. Once you purchase the images which can be used for your paper crafting ideas, you can print as many times as you desire!  Keep for years to come and use on all sorts of projects!  If you do not have a printer, you can simply bring or email the file to your local printer (such as Staples or Office Max) and they can print the papers for you. You can also use for digital purposes such as blog backgrounds, digital scrapbooks or social media posts.  Baer Design Studio never sells physical paper.

Do you offer custom designs?

Yes, I do offer custom designs on most of my products. If you need an item personalized, please send a message.

How do I receive my order?

All orders will be emailed within minutes of your purchase.  The majority of my images are sent in .zip files. You will need to extract the papers from the .zip file (s). If you do not know how to do this, here is an eHow http://www.ehow.com/how_4681536_unzip-open-zip-files.html.

If you order a custom item, you will be contacted through email within 24 hours.

Can I download your items onto my iPad?

If you are downloading onto an iPad, and you are having difficulty extracting, you may not have the tool to unzip. I recommend downloading your files onto a desktop or laptop computer first to unzip and open your files. Once you have done so, then transfer your images to your iPad.

How do I view and print my PDF?

You can open the the PDF into the PDF viewer (comes on most computers). If not, you can simply download Adobe reader for free here: http://get.adobe.com/reader/
